How to choose a program?

 

Step I.    Research your options

Request a general brochure or visit http://studyabroad.truman.edu to choose a destination suitable to your major, language ability and cultural interests. 

Determine whether you want to go a summer, semester or academic year. 

 

 

Step II.   Need help? Need more information?

  • Make an appointment with someone at the Center for International Education.

  • Meet with Dr. Patrick Lecaque:  France, Bulgaria, India

  • Meet with Alci Arias:  Australia, Costa Rica, England, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, and all C.I.E.E. programs

  • Meet with Carlos DiStefano:  all ISEP programs, Argentina, Morocco, Russia

  • All three advisors can speak to you about programs and countries not listed above.

Step III.   Ready to go?
  • Discuss your plans with your academic advisor before you apply to a program.
  • Check with the financial aid office to find out whether or not you are eligible for financial aid, and, if yes, for how much?
  • Apply Application forms are available in KB114 or email us
